My scarf in the Geelong Scarf Festival
It is a curious feeling finding something that never left my side for a month or so displayed amongst some remarkable creations.
It was bizarrely poignant for it no longer belongs to me. Right now, it belongs with this group of scarves and fits in just fine, by the way. The presence of a beautiful red dot tells me that it will now has captured someone else's heart and belongs to someone else. They will have to wait until August, when it is warming up, before they receive it.
I resisted the urge to buy one myself, but the level of skill, colours and overall beauty was high and so tempting.
So..... what to make next year?
