Ditch the negativity

All the ditches are dry, it's been quite the drought here. No substantial rain for weeks.
Been busy painting an old pine bed frame we were given when we bought our house. It's now pale grey and very tasteful! In bits outside. Will try and get the room decorated this week.
Reflexology session again tonight. She moved from my face to my feet, my poison points were extremely painful to start with, a sign my liver and kidneys are under stress. I have been advised to take braggs cider vinegar with mother! Also berberis for the liver, and arnica for the bruising in my chemo arm, still sore almost 3 weeks on. Apart from a few mouth ulcers hasn't been at all bad this time. Long may that continue.
