Garden Looking Good

Spent the morning in the office and headed down to the gym at lunchtime.  Pleased with a stress free 5 miler without the heat and pollen to contend him.  Listened to the new Kemasi Washington CD during the run.   Really excellent – jazz for people who do not like jazz.  
 
In the late afternoon I pottered in the garden taking some pictures of flowers backlit against the sun.   Walk on the beach with A and then settled down to watch an excellent second half of football between Japan and Belgium.  I felt sorry for Japan but I’m also hopeful that Belgium sort out the moaning Brazilians in the quarter final.
