Glorius Day

We had a real scorcher today - lots of time outdoors tidying the garden, catching up with admin and tidying the annex for visitors arriving at the weekend.

Went out for a run at 5pm last night which was a bad move - laboured around Binning Wood for just over a mile before retreating to the car in a wheezing mess.  It will be back to the gym today.  

Watched Breathe with A last night - okay film but didn't exactly get my pulse racing.
