Natural Symmetry

I was thinking about this title because it was the suggested "assignment" from the DPS email. When I passed through Volunteer Park this afternoon it seemed like there was a spotlight just on these grasses growing in the lily pond - it was so beautiful! But it also fits, I think.

Colder today. Seems winter might be arriving. Had a row in out boat but I can foresee more indoor bike exercise coming up. That's what's good about having seasons.

My friend R, who just returned from 6 weeks in Australia, made a delicious lunch for us to go with some overdue "girl talk" and tonight H and I are off to the ballet early...
