Still very hot, decided to do a bit of gardening ie taking up some chicken wire and moving it, had to stop as I was being attacked by bees that seem to have a nest in the nearby brambles, so that is a job for later in the year I think.

The two youngest grandchildren Grace ad Autumn have gone off to USA with their mum to visit some of their American relatives. Their mums Granny is very ill in a hospice in Florida, so she has gone to see her. then after a Diseyland visit they are going up to North Carolina to see her mum and grandma up there, they have never seen the girls except in pics. so are very excited about it. I shall miss them though and so will their daddy who didn't go as they are not together anymore, sometimes life is so sad for little ones from broken partnerships.
