old railway bridge

This bridge goes over the River Aire  and is taken from the same spot as yesterdays blip but in the other direction. It is part of the now disused line from Garforth to Castleford., you can walk the Linesway as the track is called but not over this bridge as it is dangerous . There was once an idea of re-opening the line but it would take a lot of work and this bridge would have to be rebuilt, but it's an interesting piece of engineering.
