Wasdale (Day 1152)

It was fairly breezy this morning as we wandered up the hill with the woofers, but still gloriously sunny.
A little later,  my beautiful wife zoomed off to do hoss stuff leaving me to chase the lawnmower around the garden. I had only just started the lawn cutting when HV called me to say that there was a problem with the car. Donning my shining armour, I zoomed off to the rescue, and managed to get the car going again despite my general ineptitude as a mechanic. By the time that HV returned, I had got the grass cut and tidied out the back of the van.
After lunch we took the woofers to Wasdale for a wander. The loch is so low at the moment we were able to walk all round it without having to squelch through the usual boggy bits at the shoreline.
We had a brief stop at home before heading to town to see Peter and have a look at where he is intending to put a house sign, and to pick up a few things from the shops.
An evening in front of the TV looks on the cards.
