Costume detail

Out in the blazing sun today, performing with Tribe Zuza, at Ashington Fete.
Boy, was it hot! Especially when you have a 25 yard skirt on, with harem pants underneath, plus a couple of hip adornments, and 2 layers on your top (although a few inches of middle were left exposed this time).
After our 2 dance spots, we sat and watched some of the bands, and had ice cream. I baled out just before 2pm, as I was cooking!

Pic is my skirt, Berber hip scarf, and hip belt. (It gets loosely called Kuchi, which is more Indian, I think... maybe Pakistan/Afghanistan).
