Homegrown strawberries, Bell peppers and Lavender

We are blessed with glorious sunshine, and 25c.
It is an effort to do things, but the bedding plants needed watering and so I got on with that, before going to Christian Fellowship.
I took a small damp flannel in my handbag to mop up sweat and even singing and worshipping, it was sweltering but lovely.
Allen preached on the Blood of Jesus and how by the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross we are washed clean of all our sins.
He also encouraged us to use the gifts we have to invest in the Kindgom.
There is no monetary return but it can serve to make the world a pleasanter place, when we listen to others and encourage them, comfort them and support friends when they need some extra loving kindness.
Many people are going through difficult life challenges, and with God's love it can lighten their burden.
We are praying for the safety of the firefighters trying to put out the moors fire, and hope it does no damage to the Winter Hill TV transmitter that serves millions of homes in the North West.
The blip shows my homegrown strawberries which are a wild variety and full of flavour.
The Bell Peppers are grown from seed and coming along well.
The Lavender products are comforting in this hot weather.
From Avon, York Lavender and Yves Rocher, in France, but all are online.
Have a pleasant Sunday and a wonderful July.
