First fruits

Our first outdoor grown aubergines from the garden. They needed a bit more cooking bu the The Boss made delicious deep fried zucchini flowers.

A hot day and more humid. Strimming down by the stream the sweat was pouring of me. Later I moved some fencing to try and stop the wild boar getting up on one of the stone terraces that is being steadily pulled down by them. Every now and then we hear them grunting in the wood nearby.

The TV is finally working after attaching the aerial to various cables. We watched the last episode of The Bridge, as mystified as ever.
