New kid on the block!

Well new bale wrapper actually! So here it is, the wonder machine itself. All new and shiny and working a treat. Rusty is delighted with it and will be hard at work with it tomorrow again.

Farming - Two on compost hauling and Rusty mowing. However just as I though breakdowns were a think of the past, but NO, as the mower broke! Rusty was very cross but in fact the grass he was mowing was very old and very tough which we think contributed to this problem. Not bad driving I hasten to add! So Smarts will be here yet again in the morning!


I hit into baking big time today. I managed to cook a 12” and 10” Madeira for the christening cake I am making, a large cherry tray bake, Ditto Australian crunch and finally a very large banana cake. The last three are for a charity event to raise money for our local Air Ambulance.

Mr Tbay visited Mrs R to sort out numerous business things, and then came home and built our new BBQ. Hoorah, but I hope the weather stays good!
