Wildflower meadow

One of the reasons for coming on our break to the Yorkshire Dales was to see and enjoy photographing the wild flower meadows.  However, due to the hot weather and lack of rain, the meadows are over.  The flowers decided to get their seeds for next year sorted fast so most of the meadows are now just seed heads.  However we found one field with a few thistles and cranesbills flowering...with a cows 'uss (house) in the distance.
