Bold on Soft

I finally had a few pictures to pick from, but I loved how the blacks and blues of the dragonfly contrasted against the softness of the under-leaf in this shot.

I always call these guys Blue Darters, but...if truth be told...I don't know their name. I just know they're purty.

I made a late decision last week to try to sell my wares (woodworking and gourds) in our local farmers market. Every Thursday for 14 weeks. (Too long.) My sister has been helping me, and tonight was the second week. The weather was hot (89F, 30C), but the sales were not. But, I did sell several things, including a few framed and matted pictures.

We'll see.
