Golden Gulls

I remember my Dad loved watching The Golden Girls, along with Cheers and The Hill Street Blues, The Rockford Files and tons of British comedy ... he was in T.V so that was his excuse for watching so much of it.

Trying to work out what screeching gull is saying, any ideas?
