Eye to the Sky

I tried another yoga class this evening.  It was run at the Tuppenny Barn a local sustainable living charity.  You can see here what a beautiful building they have - the main blip being of the central space in the barn, and in Extras you can see it from the outside.

As the weather was so warm we took the class outside on the grass surrounded by beds of vegetables and flowers - all grown organically.  As I looked up into the blue sky, swallows swooped over us and part way through the class a mother duck wandered out to look at us!  How special is that?!

The class was taken by a man who donates all the money we pay to the Tuppenny Barn, and the class itself had people aged, I am guessing, from their 20s through to their late 70s (or perhaps older) - how refreshing.

I'm looking forward to attending some of the events they run at the Barn and to popping along to their organic shop to buy some produce, including their honey.  To top it all off, when I got home Andy had left the football on the tv to cook me a lovely dinner filled with green veg - yum! (see Extras).  A day for smiling and being so very grateful.  Hoping the sun has shined for you today (O:
