There are some very delighted shepherds out there.

I'm so glad I had to walk back from uni earlier than I usually would, as I was treated to this amazing sky, which the photo does very little justice at all! I was also very glad that I decided to walk today rather than cycle as it meant I could enjoy it that bit longer :)

I also happened to be walking back around the time the bats were out, so I stopped to watch them for a while, and the longer I stood there the closer they were flying to me, which was really cool, in a really geeky way... Someone was walking down the path behind me, and I didn't want to look like a weirdo hanging around in the dark so continued walking, but I was enjoying the fresh air, I was obviously needing it.

Cycled out to rainbows in the evening, we were making firework pictures, which involved copious amounts of glitter which ended up more on the kids and the floor than on the pictures, nothing new there!
