Bonfireless night.

Worked away at home today as I was preparing stuff for our fireworks and food night for the international cafe, after worrying about not having enough food, it turned out we had too much food! We left a bit later than planned but thought we would still be on time for the display at 8, the bus was empty but we thought it was just cause we were cutting it neat, until I saw a bus going the other way packed with people... Turns out the display started at 7, not 8, whoops! We laughed it off a decided if we were in musselburgh the only reasonable thing to do would be to pay a visit to Lucas. I think I was the only person that got what I actually ordered first time round - pancakes with toffee fudgy wudgy ice cream and maple syrup. Much to everyone else's horror, I had the last 2 scoops of toffee fudgy wudgy, and being a large group we ended up one by one clearing out the rest of the ice cream too... There were some very very strange combinations of ice cream, involving irn bru sorbet with various other ice cream flavours, smothered in hot chocolate fudge sauce and gooey cherries ( I forget what they were actually called!) I passed on the offer to sample it! Anyway, it was a fun evening despite our mishap!
