Back at work today, what an effort it was too, started slightly late due to the traffic AGAIN, then had to try and sort problems and figure out a new documentation area type thing that has replaced windows explorer, its amazing how people hate it already and its only been in use for a day!

Hit the gym at the end of the working day, somewhat unsuccessfully though, starting off with the rower but feeling rough and dehydrated I gave up and headed home insead, a bath an early night needed!
