A bit of a drama this morning when I woke up to discover I had developed cellulitis on both legs, which were badly swollen in the heat.  I've had it three times before and know that it's important to start on anti-biotics as soon as possible, so we spent several hours at the local Medical Centre in Palafrugell waiting to see a doctor.  Then we had to find a chemist for the prescription - none of this easy when you don't speak much of the language! 

However, mission accomplished, we were then able to go out in the afternoon to visit Cap Roig Botanical Gardens, which are built on the side of a steep hill and with amazing views out to sea.  A really beautiful garden which hosts a major music festival in the summer, but which we were just too early to enjoy, as it doesn't start until July.

The temperature is rising every day and was 30 degrees today!  So glad of the pool to come back to:-)
