Water Tower Walk

My walk to the garage to get a new timing belt fitted (it cost more than the MOT and service earlier in the week) took me past the Southbourne water tower.  It was built about 1875 and is a Grade II listed building.  It was bought privately and the owner applied for planning permission to turn it into a house.  This was refused, and now no-one seems to know who owns it.

Pros and cons of mirrorless cameras anyone?
