The stick has flowered

Earlier this year I nearly put what seemed to be some dead sticks in the garden waste bag. Fortunately I did not get round to it, a while later some green appeared and now flowers. I think these may be marguerite daisy (no they are not they are chrysanthemum[Ed]); they start off yellow and develop into brilliant white and you can see the yellow in some of the petals.
Spent the day in as we are having some plumbing work done; hopefully at the end of it our rainwater harvesting system will work supplying the rainwater to the toilets. I think I might have managed to use Freecycle to dispose of the second of two old Hi-Fis and my old bike.
