blowing in the wind

The wind had decreased from yesterday so I thought I'd better get a bike ride in.
I had to be at church at 1.45 so took a packed lunch and went an extra 16 miles along the roads (though a few sections are in such bad conditions they're more more like tracks) below the Sidlaws. It was a bit grey, but reasonably warm and the wind wasn't too bad, which reduced photo opportunites. This was actually less than 2 miles from home, the farmer added extra interest to a pleasant scene.
Few other cyclists about, unlike 10 days ago.
Once finally home I did a bit of gardening, some rain is forecast.
