Only another 35 bottles to go!

This morning spent going round Vaison market. We didn’t think it was as big as usual, but Jennie certainly did, and I think was a bit overwhelmed. Also it was very hot, so after a cooling drink in one of the cafes,she walked back to the house with Mr C , while I carried on, and purchased the rest of the food on the list, including strawberries, Cavaillon vmelons, goats cheese, and radishes.
We then prepared a delicious lunch.

This afternoon we called at Rasteau Cooperative for Jennie’s first wine tasting.
The white and rose she enjoyed. The red was too dry, and the Vin Doux Natural, too sweet.
Two bottles were purchased!

Then back for a swim and play in the pool.

Now getting ready for a walk down through the town to the river and Roman Bridge.
Followed by Pizza at one of the restaurants.

Another full and enjoyable day.
