Little Blip Meet Star

A Blip Meet we have been looking forward to for many months, and as we thought little Marius stole the day!

What a bundle of fun, and a ray of sunshine, although we already had plenty of the latter. Another beautiful day.

We were so pleased that Pierre could join us for lunch.
We were also glad that Jennie could meet Judith, Pierre, and of course Marius.

As usual there was a very warm welcome, from Judith. Jennie is now getting used to the three kisses!
Lovely aperitifs and nibbles before we all went for lunch at the little Auberge just a few doors away.
 (Slight panic as Marius took one of the olives which hadn't been stoned! Fortunately he spat it out, before helping himself to salami. French children are brought up to eat " proper food"! )

Sat on the terrace by the river was a perfect lunch spot.
A little hidden paradise!

We were sad to eventually say good bye, but we will be meeting Judith and Marius again next week.

We called at Nyons on the way home, as we wanted to show Jennie the old Roman Bridge. 
A walk though the town, and a cool drink sat by the river, and then a walk back through the town, and  a climb up to La Tour Randonne.

Back home and a sit by the pool. Jennie also went in this time.

Some days are just too perfect for words.
