Goodbye

I left Kristiansand and my friend's place for good today. She has a book she asks her guests to write in before they leave so I obliged, it was the least I could do after they had been so kind and warm to put me up these past few days.

The train ride here was pretty uneventful, but I got to see lots of snow along the way which made me excited. Definitely prefer snow to rain. When I got to Hamar I met up with my friend Oda for a couple of drinks in town before she came over to my place to meet Marius and Knud. She's originally from here, but living in Bergen now, and I don't think I've seen her in over a year so it was good to catch up, and nice that I'll have a friend here over the holidays.
