Eden

There are days when where I live really does live up to it's name.
A busy busy day today, lots of admin and a bespoke little course this evening - a day made busier when I decided that I just had to head out through the hole in our wall and go for a wander.

Wandering through the meadow was magical - the tree in extras (there were at least a dozen the same through the wood) was slightly spooky. Up onto the fell the air quality was amazing, and I found a few little wonders that I'll try and revisit soon.
In no time is covered 8miles and 16000 steps. Refreshed I got lots done and tonight's expedition first aid session went really well.
