Patterns in the Sand

Happy Father’s Days to all you fathers and potential fathers. It was our day to travel back home. I had to take one last walk along the beach and that’s where I took this photo. I also took several of the view from the deck of our apartment.

It was a long slow drive home due to lots of traffic jams. We took a detour to a restaurant in Ballard so we could meet Nora’s brother Paul and his wife Cathy for a very late lunch. Shelly got a chance to meet them, one more family group.

We had such a good time on the trip. Lovely times with family and friends and even a swim in the ocean. Now we are home and are relaxing watching the African Queen.
