What World Cup?

Football's not a spectator sport for me and my grandpug: we like to play an active role! Great fun till young Master Pugglesworth remembers he also likes catching hold of people's trousers. He's much better at responding to 'No' than when he was a smaller pup, though. He's a Very Good Boy!

Very glad of our son and daughter-in-law's kindly giving us overnight accommodation at short notice when we found the A1 was closed all night from 8pm, after our arrival at Gatwick*.

*Fabulous flight: don't believe I've ever flown over the Alps before, or not visibly so. What a spectacular sight from an eagle's eye view! Do have a peep, if you've time, at my backblip of the mountain range.
