Kimchi and Chips

FRIDAY

I managed to drop in at Somerset House to see the Kimchi and Chips: Halo installation in action.

An array of over 100 calibrated mirrors is arranged to track the sun and project a suspended circle of light in a curtain of mist in the building's central courtyard.

The breeze provided challenging conditions as it was difficult for the equipment to maintain a consistent cloud of mist.
