Game, set and match!

Early bird start this morning. off to watch the ATP Tennis in London at the O2. Executive bus left nottingham at 7.30am, complete with breakfast rolls! what a glorious day for it. crisp, clear blue sky, winter sunshine, sometimes a little too bright!

Passed the olympic village on the way there, a bonus to see the Velodrome, olympic stadium, etc. The O2 is huge! have only been there once for a seminar.

into the hospitality suite, which was awesome. first match was doubles and then onto Murray (who i can't bear to watch tbh, as it's always a long drawn out affair!).

before the murray match, we went to the buffet, and low and behold, who was there....Boris Becker!! i was star struck!! love Boris, right from his first victory as a 17 year old all those years ago. so star struck i couldn't decide between the pollock or the chicken!

later, after some commentating duties, he came back up to talk to us, sign autographs, and have photos taken with us. a nice guy and he spent plenty of time, wasn't rushed at all.

murray match done (went the full 3 sets!), and then we set off back home. a fabulous day, great company, and great entertainment. in by 10pm and straight off to bed.
