Baking day

I stayed at home today and after the failure of the promised rain arriving last night, I spent an hour watering in the lawn feed I had put down.  As the sourdough loaves were proving, I made a vegetable bake with parsnip and sweet potato dauphinoise and cheesy crumble topping. That should earn me some Brownie points with Mrs TT who is doing her stint at the hospital today. I went back to the nature reserve but the ducks were hiding in the reeds so the ducks in flight shot will have to wait. The first World Cup match is well timed as it should just finish before I go out tonight.
