Remember the Alamo

San Antonio is on the way so it made sense as the stop for tonight. Saw the Alamo and strolled along the River Walk. We made good time - the speed limit was 80 mph almost the entire 550 miles from El Paso. Thank goodness because there was precious little to see out the window. We expect to drive about 6.5 hours tomorrow, most of that will still be spent in Texas, but we’ll make it into Louisiana at the end. Texas - yikes!!
