Elderflower

I was driving down Harrison Road this evening when I noticed the elderflowers by the bridge.
They looked lovely and fresh, so I pulled in and picked myself a bag full. They're now soaking in lemon and sugar syrup ready to be strained and bottled up tomorrow morning.
