My Kingdom for a Rose.

No rain means some things are starting to struggle but the roses are looking amazing, I like to think it is the way I maintain them but, this year, the climate is certainly helping.

I arrived early today and spent 15 minutes examining the box hedging for signs of caterpillars, I could not see any and the damage was no worse so I was happy.

It's been a beautiful day out in the garden but still an anti climax after a lovely weekend and memories are there to keep.

Dinner was eaten in the garden this evening, I think that is the first time this year then off to the night shelter for the night.
