Handa

Any day with Puffins is a good day... 

Handa Island was a 'little' on the busy side, but manageable, and a few of the Puffins venturing onto the island mainland, rather than hanging around on a further away sea stack that's their favourite haunt.

Bonxies galore, Arctic Skuas to bolster those, Guillemots, Razorbills, and even a couple of dolphins on the trip back to the true mainland. 

Some cracking roads to drive as well, and a stop by the slightly odd Ardvreck Castle and Calda House on the way back to the cottage. Filling the time.
