Peony

We had a lovely evening out for supper at a friend's last night. It was just down the road but by the time we had walked home it was a bit late, for us anyway. Today was a bit of a lazy day although I did cut the grass this afternoon which had grown a fair bit with all our recent travelling.

I haven't been out today but the head gardener pointed me to this perfect peony, the first one on this bush, so that's become my blip today.
