My favorite field in June

I didn't have a lot of time to go blip hunting today, so it ended up being a rather rapid trip to look at my favorite field high on the Grouse road.
I love this field and have been photographing it on and off for the last 6 years or so, during which time it has  twice grown wheat, and maize and also been left fallow to graze sheep. This year it was ploughed, and fertilized early in the season, then left... today I was totally delighted to see a cabbage like crop beginning to grow, which if I am not mistaken ....will be...(drum roll) Oil seed rape! YES!!! I simply cannot wait to photograph my fave field with this beautiful bright yellow crop! certainly something to look forward to!
