went out on the bike this morning for a flat ride with no wind - most unusual around here - along the Tay to Errol and back.
A bit grey and chilly initially with pleasant scenery but nothing strikingly photogenic until I passed this field with some very young calves. (There was also a field full of scarecrows and  crows).
Lazy afternoon sitting in the garden putting finishing touches to a couple of craft projects, though one still needs a little more work, and then the club organised trail race in the woods. I haven't run this for 4 years because of its timing in relation to other races so was pleased to be just a few seconds slower only 5 days after the half marathon. It was a lovely evening for running, bright and not too hot, and still warm enough to stay fpr the barbecue after.
