A Rose by any other other name ...
... would smell as sweet.
Except this was not supposed to be a rose blip.
Out today camera in hand. I glanced up at the branch of a tree; now that is a fat pigeon thought I. A second look, camera on and up to my eye; just in time to see a young buzzard extend to its full height and take over. So this is a rose and not a young buzzard.
Maybe it is time to try a night photo. So I went down to the Cathedral and some while and many shots later and I headed home. All rubbish; how does Richie Boo do it? So it is a rose shot and not a night shot of Winchester Cathedral.
My aim was to have one in the front of the shot in focus and the other slightly out of focus; I like this one because the rose is partially in shot.
Now off to do some research on low light photography.
