It was so hot today we could hardly garden on the farm garden in the Pentlands.  Still we did well and continued with bed clearance, weeding and watering.  We also harvested a huge amount of produce for the farmers market tomorrow.
I went for a lovely walk with my son this evening to the community orchard which has been seeded with poppies this year.  They were glowing in the evening sunshine.
