Radley Lakes

I washed the boys sheets, painted the lower part of the outside of the house, sanded and oiled the thresholds, trimmed a huge overgrown shrub, trained the grape vines, and then fell asleep in the sun. Day 1 of my holiday at home! In the evening I walked round Radley Lakes with Heather and her lovely dog Flo who will be spade tomorrow and has no idea what’s about to hit her poor thing! Apparently she’ll have to wear a babygro afterwards. Off to pick up Tom tomorrow. Newcastle and back in a day - that’s going to be a very long day!
