Hello

Set off this morning for Coniston in the Lake District after Mr Rat had entered us for the Applecross Duathlon in September.
Torrential rain in one side of a hill, dry roads down the other side and then more rain heading along the A66 and over Dunmail Raise - but dry in Coniston and warm.
Pitched the tent and had a cuppa then walked along by the lake for Mr Rat to register for the marathon tomorrow and me to get a marshal's briefing. On the way back we passed this pair (and a couple more) jumping around but they stopped as soon as I got out the camera!
A couple of slight showers as we cooked the tea but they didn't cool the air down. Lazy evening
