"Get a move on"

We're off to Coniston tomorrow (running on Sunday) and on Monday I'm going to see my mum so I had various things to get done today.
However, we did take time to go down to the ponds to see the cygnets (just in time as they were then ushered into the vegetation and out of site). There were 5 hatched about 11 days ago but 2 have already been lost.
There was a load of other wildlife around, see extras for some.
This evening we were helping at the club trail race, a lovely evening for a run - or standing marshalling.
