Here's a sight to cheer up your Monday morning - two friendly donkeys in a field of buttercups :-) They are lucky enough to be looked after at FRED Farmersfield Resthome for Elderly Donkeys, which Jess and I passed this morning. We had taken the camper van to Moniaive to be MOT'd before our holiday to the Hebrides. We caught the bus to Dunscore and walked the last 3 miles, meeting a few friends along the way and also talking to quite a few strangers who wanted to make friends with Jess.
