Isn't it frustrating ...

... when you can't quite reach the itch?

This large red damselfly was more than happy soaking up the sun in the garden this morning.  It looked like she was trying to scratch an itch with her legs!

We went out for a walk this afternoon and it was lovely in the sunshine.  I had my running trainers on as Sue (physio) wants me to vary the shoes I use and I also was contemplating trying jogging intervals.  I haven't run since the 5th June last year so I was feeling a bit apprehensive.  In the end I just had to bite the bullet and go for it.  Thankfully after 3 intervals of 30 seconds no issues, and still none this evening
