TGIF

Last day of interviews...there were some interesting ones.
Summarised the final rankings/views and the nice bit will come in making phone calls to the successful people next week.
Had a meeting with a colleague who’s been here nearly a year and she reminded me how brilliant many people here are....so positive, full of good ideas and doing amazing things. Why is it that one or two with a different approach can almost block that out sometimes?!
Sorted out some stuff then home for steak and chips...sometimes the simple stuff hits the spot!
