Scapa beach

A beautiful day this morning. We went into the town and had a look round the shops and after lunch we went to Finstown cemetry to bury Don 's ashes. I bought a little box and put some in it and we had all written a little note to him and put them into the box. I read them out and we all had a bit of emotional time.I planted a few daffodil bulb round the edge of the stone. we then went for a run round past Houton and to Scapa beach.
