The morning after...

the sleepover before and a pretty quiet night and a reasonable amount of sleep so we might even entertain the idea again.

After the visiting kids had left into Chiswick to do a few jobs before packing, lunching and heading out for our weekend in the countryside. Traffic was horrible and took much longer than expected but as we weren't going very far we were checked into our hotel and in the pool by mid-afternoon. Carl managed to finish his working day just in time to make the family pool session.

Not wanting to drive again we headed out to explore the high street of Haslemere and opted for Pizza Express as the most welcoming and safest option with two tired, hungry children on our hands. Followed by an early night all round.
