Autumn pudding (a day late!)

Sorry, it's another emergency food-based blip from me today I'm afraid... It's been a VERY wet day. We did go out this morning, but only as far as a very unphotogenic household waste recycling centre and then to an equally unphotogenic supermarket. So here is the pudding I tried to make yesterday for my visitors and failed, but which thankfully worked ok today for my family.
